Overview of Kitzbuhel:

The world famous ski resort of Kitzbühel is the quintessential AlpineKitzbuhel Piste Map village – superb scenery, atmosphere, style and some of the best skiing around. It’s little wonder that Kitzbühel has been one of the top Austrian ski resorts for so many years. The mighty Hahnenkamm run, which dominates the resort, staged the 73rd Hahnenkamm ski race from 25th–27th January 2013. This fashionable resort also offers stylish restaurants, sophisticated nightspots and its own casino.

With over over 165km of ski slopes, there is a wide variety of ski spots for every level of skier. 37 Snow machines to enhance snow conditions. An exciting addition is the spectacular tricable gondola, 3S Bahn, which now links the two ski areas of Hahnenkamm / Pangelstein and Jochberg/ Resterhöhe – opening up an even more extensive ski area. Beginner slopes are in the village but the rest of the skiing is quite challenging.
